If you’ve ever spent a weekend brainstorming your business with AI and come out the other side with 100 pages of ideas and LESS clarity than when you started…this one’s for you 🫠
I just finished an intensive with a client that reminded me of six things every big-visioned founder + transformational practitioner needs tattooed somewhere she’ll see them daily. They’re about finding your body of work, shaping it, and making sure it actually gives you a life.
I’ll walk you through what happened, and the six lessons show up along the way, each with a little something you can try yourself.
Okayyyy so, the debrief. This was a brand world / body of work intensive (where we pull out your positioning, IP, frameworks, methodology, client experiences, etc.) and I’m still BUUUUUZZZZING ;)
First up, this is an EPIC human. She had a body of work and a business, then shut it down a few years ago…so she’s just getting back into the game. She wanted my help finding the thread in all her magic, zoning in on her positioning, and shaping the brand world she’d be inviting people into. (She grabbed both experiences with me, so we got to go DEEP.)
Before our call she sent me allll the things: voice notes, docs, ideas on top of ideas, plus everything she’d been building with Claude.
…if you’ve done this, you know what happens…AI takes your ideas and runs wayyyy past them. Some of it was genuinely cool, and a lot of it was all over the place. After a weekend of co-creating with Claudeylicious, she was overwhelmed and questioning her work.

Lesson 1: AI will hand you a zillion ideas. Choosing is still your job.
AI is incredible at more. More names, more concepts, more layers, more possibilities, at a speed no human brain can match. What it can’t do is feel which of those ideas is actually YOURS, which ones your people need, or which ones make your body go yesss.
Put this lesson into action: If you’re drowning in AI output right now, stop asking it for more ideas for a minute. Ask it to find what keeps showing up across everything you’ve already given it: the phrases you repeat, the beliefs you keep coming back to, the client problem you describe over and over. Then close the laptop and notice which of those light you up. Once you know what you’re building, AI becomes a balllller collaborator.

Lesson 2: Your IP is probably already hiding in your own words. But you’re probably gonna need another set of eyes to find it.
Before our intensive, I went digging for the gold 🔍
I took one of the original documents she’d written herself, before AI touched it, found the thread running through it, and built it into an eight-part framework that maps the whole journey her clients go on. It starts with what’s been holding them back and goes all the way to bringing their gifts into the world.
When I walked her through it she said, “Lexi, this whole thing is spot on. It’s the core of everything.” A little later she added, “everything that you wrote there…that is my work, right there.” 🥹 (I may have done a tiny chair dance with fist bumps. lolz.)
Most women I work with have way more original IP than they realize. It’s scattered across old docs, voice notes, sales pages, and the things they find themselves saying to every single client. It becomes IP once it has a shape, something like a journey with stages someone can actually move through.
The tricky part is that when you’re this close to your own work, it all feels obvious to you, so you skip right past the good stuff. That’s why another set of eyes matters soooo much. Someone outside your head can see the pattern you’ve been living inside for years.
Put this lesson into action: Pick a few things you’ve already made, like an old doc, a sales page, a program outline, or a handful of voice notes, and hand them to someone you trust who thinks strategically (a biz bestie, a mentor, or someone like me 😉). Ask them, “What do you see me saying over and over? What sounds like it could be my own method?” Then listen for the things that make you go “waiiiit…that’s obvious to me.” That’s usually the juicy ishhh you’ve been skipping past.

Lesson 3: Your world can be as magical as you want, but people need a front door they understand.
This is the thing I always have to tell myself (and that my own coach recently reminded me of, too).
The front door is plain human (cough, muggle) language, where a stranger reads your stuff and goes “oh…wow, yupppp, you get my exact problem. here’s my moneyyy.” The back door is where the magic lives, and the deeper people go, the weirder and more delicious it gets.
She had an incredible back door and no front door yet.
Put this lesson into action: If a total stranger landed on your Instagram or sales page today, would they understand what problem you solve without needing the lore first? If they’d need a glossary, you’ve got a sizzlin’ back door and no front door yet. (Very common. I’m literally working on mine right now.)

Lesson 4: Design your vision around your actual life and the life you want.
My client came in with a FULL-BLOWN world and a zillion ideas for what she could create…but she also works full time and has very limited hours outside her job.
A sexylicious vision she has no hours to build won’t help her.
So instead of asking “what could this become?!” we asked…
What fits right now?
What’s her real capacity?
Which pieces turn her on the most?
Which ones would give her more life instead of draining it?
Then we found what she could literally start with TODAY: the content she’ll create, plus a freebie that works as a little diagnostic and opens up DM conversations. YUMMM.
Put this lesson into action: Try those questions on your own ideas. The best version of your vision is the one you can actually live inside, starting this week ;)

Lesson 5: Build ways to deliver your work that don’t eat your life…and that fuel your life force instead.
We also created two one-on-one experiences she doesn’t have to reinvent every single time. One is asynchronous: a personalized kit built from a short intake, with an optional layer of her eyes and support over Telegram. The other is a one-off live session that follows a set framework and methodology, so she can show up fully without starting from scratch.
If every client means building something from scratch, your business will slowly eat your life. Your method is what makes everything else repeatable: async experiences, standardized sessions, things that scale without everrrrr losing the personal touch. That’s how you keep the magic AND your evenings.
Put this lesson into action: Look at the last few things you delivered for clients and notice what you rebuilt from scratch each time. Pick one, whether it’s a session, an onboarding, a set of prompts, or a resource, and turn it into a repeatable format you can personalize instead of recreating.

Lesson 6: Get on the other side of your own method.
Because I knew she was doubting the power of her work, I had a random idea hit before our intensive: put her in the client chair. So I designed a session method from one part of her eight-part framework plus some of the other IP we’d been developing, and I took her through it live so she could feel the potency of her own work from the other side.
And we ended up uncovering the exact pattern that was making it feel unsafe to start bringing her vision into the world. OH THE BEAUTIFUL IRONY 😂
By the end she’d committed to posting something this week (which, if you’ve been out of the posting game for a while, let alone the business game, you know is a HUGE step!!).
Put this lesson into action: If you’ve created a method but never been on the receiving end of it, try it on yourself or have someone take you through it. Feeling your work from the client side will tell you more than any doc ever could, and it’ll probably remind you how good your work actually is.

THIS IS THE WORK I’M FUCKING OBSESSED WITH!!!
I find the thread in a woman’s magic + mastery, figure out what juicy positioning deserves to lead, and turn it into a body of work people instantly get, desperately want, and never want to leave…and then I help her actually make the fucking thing 🫦
BTW…
I’m opening a brand spankin’ new group experience for visionary founders + transformational practitioners with deep mastery, big ideas (maybe even the 100-page doc…or two…or twenty 👀), and a whoooole lot of magic trapped inside their work.
It’s part private creative advisory, part women’s salon, part mystery school for creating a transformational body of work that pays deliciously—and is delicious to make ❤️🔥
Together we’ll…
find the thread through your magic + mastery
pinpoint your “omg gimme, gotta have it, buying NOW!!” positioning
develop your original IP + signature methods
shape it into an offer and client experiences people can’t stop GUSHING about (and keep coming back for), with my creative direction and real feedback the whole way through
You’ll leave with a distinct, cohesive body of work that’s clear on the outside and magic on the inside, the kind your people are frothinnnn to buy and OBSESSED with once they’re in.
Comment WORK below (or hit reply if this landed in your inbox) and you’ll get the deets first.
I already have a waiting list, but I’m only taking a limited number of founders + practitioners.
xx,
Lexi
Now I’m sooooo curious…where are you with your body of work right now?! Tell me in the comments which one sounds most like you (or tell me the whole messy story, I live for that too):
A. I’ve got a zillion ideas and no clear center.
B. I know what my work is, I just can’t explain it simply (or sexily).
C. I’ve got a big, banginnn’ idea I haven’t brought to life yet.
D. My business works, but it’s working meeee. The hours I’m putting in aren’t sustainable…and honestly, I’m kinda (def) over it.
E. What I’ve built is great, and I know it could be SO much more. My soul is craving something weirder, more magical, more out there than anything I’ve seen in my industry.
